Gail Carriger visits Dana Hall

This past Tuesday, the Library was very excited to host a visit with Gail Carriger, author of the Etiquette and Espionage series.  She signed books sold by Wellesley Books, and had a very posh tea party with Dr. Bucci's Writing and Communication class, where she answered many questions about being an author, her books, and corsets.  Thanks for a great visit, Ms. Carriger!

 

Halloween in the Library

   

What a festive night we had in the Library on Halloween!  As the clock struck 7 in our spookily-decorated Library, the lights went off and "The Nightmare Before Christmas" began to play on the wall above our graveyard fireplace.

There have been many requests for more information for opportunities for international students. Yes, Peace Corps is exclusively for American citizens but that doesn't mean that there aren't many other opportunities as well.
