Happy New Year from Little Red Riding Hood!

Little Red Riding Hood was featured in the “Birds of a Feather” exhibit in the Dana Hall Gallery (Fall 2012) and is now part of the Helen Temple Cooke Library’s art collection.

Artist Donna Dodson has this to say about her: “Little Red Riding Hood is anything but little. Her big feet threaten to stomp on any wolves or predators that dare to cross her path. Her big shoulders allude to her inner strength.”

Little Red Riding Hood lives on the reference shelves right inside the entrance to the library and is pretty hard to miss! We encourage you to come take a closer look and welcome your suggestions for dressing her up in seasonally-appropriate attire.
